Pineapple helps in reducing weight
We all want ourselves to achieve a perfect figure with balancing weight. Gym along with exercises and diet do play a very important role in this process . But Pineapple seems to be an ingredient which help us in weight loss. Pineapple is also a sweet way to get your manganese, which is one of many bone-strengthening minerals and a star player when it comes to protecting you against free radical damages via its role in the antioxidant enzyme superoxide dismutase. One cup exceeds a day's recommended amount by 30 percent. You also get a decent amount of copper and thiamin, plus more than a third of your recommended vitamin C needs.

Vitamin C is an antioxidant, but it also helps keep your immune system in tip-top shape by increasing your resistance against cold , flu , and other infectious diseases. Fresh, raw pineapple contains an enzyme called bromelain that aids digestion and helps prevent inflammation and swelling. To get the most anti-inflammatory benefit, some suggest that you eat pineapple alone so the bromelain isn't used up digesting other food you've eaten with it.
When choosing pineapple, forget all the other tricks; let your nose be your guide. A ripe pineapple emits a sweet aroma from its base, except when cold. Color is not reliable; ripe pineapples vary in color by variety. Don't rely on plucking a leaf from the middle either. You can do this with all but the most unripe pineapples. And it can just as easily mean that it's rotten.
Choose a large pineapple that feels heavy for its size, indicating juiciness and a lot of pulp. The "eyes" should stand out. A ripe pineapple yields slightly when pressed.
Once a pineapple is picked, it's as sweet as it will ever get. It does no good to let it "ripen" at home. It will only rot.
Grapes can be a beneficial point in decreasing age
For all those who desire of living a long life can increase their life expectancy by eating grapes in good amount.According to Howard university , researchers said that red grapes contain one such ingredient that helps in controlling the growth of age cells in our body. Through this one can also live up to 100 years.
The research carried out on mice also showed that grapes' skin is as healthy as their flesh. Contrary to the belief that the flesh is healthier, as it more nutritive compounds, the skin was found as beneficial for the health as the flesh. "The results indicate for the first time that the flesh of grapes are equally cardio protective as skin, and the antioxidant potential of skin and flesh of grapes are comparable with each other despite the fact that flesh does not possess any anthocyanin activities," wrote researchers in the report published in the Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry.
Red grapes have been praised until now by nutritionists and medical experts for the natural pigments found in these fruits: the flavonoids. Flavonoids are red, blue or violet pigments that confer the same color to the plant or fruit, therefore they are found in red or blue-violet grapes, not in white grapes. The most two potent flavonoids found in grapes are: quercitin and resveratrol.
Flavonoids are a class of naturally occurring plant compounds that function as antioxidants. They are plant pigments and even if they are not labeled as essential nutrients, they enhance the processing of vitamin C, which is itself a powerful antioxidant. Flavonoids are also needed to maintain capillary walls and protect against infections. Deficiency of flavonoids may lead to easily bruising.
Flavonoids are extremely potent anti-oxidants. Antioxidant properties of the natural pigments fight against molecular oxidation by the free radicals; this is why they are called anti-oxidants. In our body an infinite number of chemical reactions take place every day.
