The research carried out on mice also showed that grapes' skin is as healthy as their flesh. Contrary to the belief that the flesh is healthier, as it more nutritive compounds, the skin was found as beneficial for the health as the flesh. "The results indicate for the first time that the flesh of grapes are equally cardio protective as skin, and the antioxidant potential of skin and flesh of grapes are comparable with each other despite the fact that flesh does not possess any anthocyanin activities," wrote researchers in the report published in the Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry.
Red grapes have been praised until now by nutritionists and medical experts for the natural pigments found in these fruits: the flavonoids. Flavonoids are red, blue or violet pigments that confer the same color to the plant or fruit, therefore they are found in red or blue-violet grapes, not in white grapes. The most two potent flavonoids found in grapes are: quercitin and resveratrol.
Flavonoids are a class of naturally occurring plant compounds that function as antioxidants. They are plant pigments and even if they are not labeled as essential nutrients, they enhance the processing of vitamin C, which is itself a powerful antioxidant. Flavonoids are also needed to maintain capillary walls and protect against infections. Deficiency of flavonoids may lead to easily bruising.
Flavonoids are extremely potent anti-oxidants. Antioxidant properties of the natural pigments fight against molecular oxidation by the free radicals; this is why they are called anti-oxidants. In our body an infinite number of chemical reactions take place every day.

Exercises playing a very crucial role in gym.
Gym is the main hub of every individual where one can go and workout in order to remain fit.There are stretching exercises and machine exercises present in order to reduce extra fat from your body. F labs coming out from sides in the body is the reason for many people shedding down their kilos in the aim to achieve a perfect fit body There are many kinds of stretching exercises that are taught by gym trainers and stretching experts in the gym which one can perform at home also.
Following are some of the stretching exercises :
1) Cross shoulder stretch
Stand up straight, with knees slightly bent. Place feet hip distance apart. Make sure toes are pointing forward. Keep shoulders even as you complete this stretch. Bend right arm at elbow joint, extend arm across chest. Place left hand on the right elbow to gently support the arm during this stretch. Feel the stretch in your right arm and shoulder. Inhale (breathe in) through your nose, and exhale (breathe out) through your mouth, as you complete this stretch. Hold stretch for a count of 8. Repeat this stretch on opposite side, using right hand to stretch left arm and shoulder.2) Triceps stretch
Stand up straight, with knees slightly bent. Place feet hip distance apart. Make sure toes are pointing forward. Keep shoulders even as you complete this stretch. Bend right arm at elbow joint, lift arm next to your head. Position right fingers so they touch the shoulder blade area. Place left arm across top of head, and place left hand on the right elbow to gently support the arm during this stretch. Feel the stretch in your right triceps. Inhale (breathe in) through your nose, and exhale (breathe out) through your mouth, as you complete this stretch. Hold stretch for a count of 8. Repeat this stretch on the opposite side, using right hand to stretch left triceps.
3) Chest Stretch
Stand up straight, with knees slightly bent. Place feet hip distance apart. Make sure toes are pointing forward. Keep shoulders even as you complete this stretch. Place arms behind your back. Clasp your hands together, extending your arms behind your back and hold this position. Feel the stretch in your chest. Inhale (breathe in) through your nose, and exhale (breathe out) through your mouth, as you complete this stretch. Hold stretch for a count of 8.
7) Calf stretch
Stand facing a wall, about 2 feet away from it. Keeping your heels flat and your back straight, lean forward and press your hands and forehead to the wall. Make sure your knee does not move forward of your ankle. Do this slowly. You should feel stretching in the muscles in the back of your lower legs, above your heels. If you need a bigger stretch, move your back farther away from the wall. Hold this position for 20 seconds and then relax.
After you exercise, you need to cool down for about 5 to 10 minutes by doing some of the stretches you did to warm up.
